It looks and acts brand new, in spite of it having been sold as refurbished. Only complaint is that it has a swivel base.

This is the best vacuum cleaner i've ever used. Even after a dyson i finally paid to view the reports from consumer reports (towards the end of june 2022) and found this shark navigator powered lift-away vacuum is the highest rated vacuum.
Light weight and maneuverable with good suction. The suction is great and i love that it discharges the air through the top.
Cons
There were marks all over the wand and hose from clear use. No sign of where to get replacement hepa filters. According to shark cs, apparently the warranty covers only the motor.

The floor type transition is very easy - just a switch with the thumb.
Packaging/appearance
The lift away is fairly easy and makes for easy access to high or out of the way surfaces.
Competitiveness
This is a great deal--it says renewed, but it's basically new in box for a great discount!
