The shark has incredible suction and i picked up twice as much dog hair as i previously did with the bissell. It has great * power, great maneuverability, a long cord, and a big cannister to hold the dirt it picks up.
Vacuum performs great on carpet and hardwood floors. I have a long-haired cat who constantly is dropping hair. It is perfect for a quick job on my laminate, tile and carpeted floors.
The switch control is very convenient. The switch is easily accessible. The roller is quite powerful.
Cons
Shark navigator pro looks attractive, but has a particularly feminine, dainty feel to it. Construction is poor and the supposed warranty is useless. It's bulky / top heavy, and awkward.

If you are using the hose and just pull it out a tiny bit even, the entire vacuum falls over and hits you in the knees, legs, feet or wherever it chooses to land.

Quality
Suction is great, you can choose when to use the beater bar, swivels very nicely, the hand tools hose is easy to use and stretchy.
So far a really good machine, great suction and easy maneuverability.
The most recent one started snapping plastic parts after one week and then completely shut down after two months.
At maximum power(adjustable), it literally lifts the carpet off the floor.
Price
For the price, this has done a great job.
Did a great job and got at a good price.
It's cheap for the value of the product.
I had been waiting for a sale but i should have ordered it from amazon months ago.
Shipping
It does everything it claims and shipped super fast.
It was missing an attachment in the box but the customer service was great and mailed it to me right away.

There was no crevice tool in my package.

This one was also missing a hose attachment when it arrived but i never contacted anyone about it since i just took the hose attachment of my old one and put it on the new one
