Pros
I was parted from this vacuum for a while and recently reunited with it. It is so satisfying to see all the * it has * up. I'm glad i didn't let those reviews stop me from buying this one.
It gets the cat fur off my comforter easily, and so cleanly. We have a german shepard that sheds alot of hair and two young kids.
This is the best vac i've ever used but it is heavy. Easy to assemble and detach during use. It's easy to switch from wand to upright.
Cons
I think it is absurd that the warranty only covers the motor. The new nv752 just has an instruction manual with no obvious instruction manual. Had to by an after market part. I had to spend another 3 hours repairing it with extra screws.
The detachable hose is way to stiff as i have already broken one glass end table and placed two dents in the wall from trying to use it. The roller brush has completely worn out – it has no bristles. I have a ruggable rug in the hallway and it does ok... Read More
It works well for a limited time. What a colossal disappointment. It's in the trash where it belongs!

For the price, this is a great vacuum
$299 is a f as r price, very tobust not too heavy.
Get it at reasonable prices if bought on prime days which happen a few times a year.
For the money i spent, it's well worth it.
Shipping
Everything i've purchased from amazon was on time, worked as expected and seller was great!
I was going to get a different one on prime day, but i waited too long, and it sold out.
Packaging/appearance
The only problem was that the box it came in was mangled and there was no manual.
Competitiveness
Compared to the dyson, this vacuum is lighter much easier to manage with very good suction.
This is very similar to the first shark vacuum i bought in 2012!
This picks up more dirt and cat fur, compared to dirt devil.
This one is far more superior to the dirt devil pet vacuum.
