Great for sofa and ceiling area rugs. Most of my floors are now hard floors with some area r rug. I have a combination of laminate low carpet high carpet.

I have an old electrolux tank vacuum (back when they were really good). Like this vac. Not a dyson, but good. One of the parts is a long slender extension that is perfect for cleaning the edge corners of the floor molding in my apartment!

The eureka picks up dirt and lint nearly as well as our larger shark navigator. I love how it gets a lot of dirt out from my carpet and laminate flooring. I have a cat and dog and no problems getting the pet hair up.

Cons

Should have been priced lower with that many miles on it. It makes a lot of noise, and i thought it was working, but, it is crummy and it is not powerful.

Has no suction, requires constant maintenance, leaves a pile on the floor after use. Canister becomes clogged and looses suction. Trying to clean up something simple like litter it will * it but spits out behind.

Quality

I bought this vacuum at costco for a lower price and this product excedeed my expections so far.

Handy for getting into corners with the removable handle.

But my main issue is with the weight distribution.

Hard to get everything you want in a single vacuum but this model's one miss can't help but leave me sorely disappointed.

Packaging/appearance

This is the best vacuum on the marketi have been threw many name brand vacuum’s and was so disappointed but this vacuum is the best .

Was a refurbished vacuum but i knew that beforehand.
