Highlights
Quality
Easy to use, practically self driven while the brushes are on!
Easy to use and gets in so many places easily.
My dyson upright that lasted many years finally started to lose suction then completely died.
We were very sad to see this one to slowly die, first the switch then the motor, but it worked hard for many years.
Price
Instead of having to go out and buy a whole new vacuum, i am able to buy just the part that houses the motor for under $50!
I thought for sure my $300 vacuum (which i see is now under $200!
This wasn't a good time to invest another $500 in a vacuum.
While not cheap it also doesn’t cost a fortune while out-performing vacuums costing $400-$900.
Shipping
They paid to ship the broken one back and sent me a new one free of charge.
Packaging/appearance
Glad i did because the new rotator did not come with all these extra tools (the new one i bought is the gunmetal rose colored one).
Competitiveness
It might still be better that the new rotator i got, but i’m still happy i went back to the rotator.
I compared lots of shark models before settling on this one.
