Pros
Don't throw away your regular vacuum cleaner. It's like havin' a cowboy who brushes off the dust and pet hair for you. I have a very soft bristle nail brush which is like a tiny scrub brush and i use it on the filter. The vaccume cleans fairly well.
With precision home mapping, it navigates your floors like a seasoned sailor, makin' sure every nook and cranny gets a thorough cleanin' i have it set up on my ground floor which is about 1,400 sq ft.
Shark ninja is the best vacuum i've ever had. I'm fascinated by it.

An expensive lesson in laziness. Buy something else. This is the second shark robot ive gotten and i regret both.
Self empty bin frequently jams. Has wonderful suction, but it requires so much maintenance/attention/etc. One of the wheel assemblies starts clicking - like a stripped plastic gear.
There seems to be no way to get it to go into spots it misses. Get the one that does normal it completely maps your house.
It repeatedly cleans the edges but doesn't want to go near the center of the room. App has a tendency to delete your room mapping requiring a full redo.

Price
I decided on this model due to it's relative low cost with automatic emptying and good back and forth vacuuming method.
For the high price and little special features, it was a flop.
They aren't overly expensive, $25 for 4 with new spinner brushes.
Packaging/appearance
For an ocd clean freak, this, along with how well it actually vacuums every spec of dust, it’s the total package!
Competitiveness
What i like better than the other brands is instead of going haphazardly around the room, it goes back and forth in a definite pattern.
I have had other robot vacs and this is the best so far and the price was low.
This is my 3rd robot vacuum but my first shark and i will never buy another brand !
Picks up much more than major competitor.
