The shark rv2310ae matrix has unique, advanced technology. There is a learning curve for me to become proficient with this technology. The app makes name recommendations and made one i knew i could never steve mcclean.

I use this for my back room as it's inaccessible to the unit otherwise. Our place is 1896 sq ft. It is neat the way it systematically works its way around the room.

The reservoir that collects the dirt on the base is large enough that it doesn’t need to be emptied very often.

This vacuum has wonderful suction, but it requires so much maintenance/attention/etc that it’s not even worth it! An expensive lesson in laziness. This one gives you no control outside their preprogrammed options. This modle is a pos.

The sensor for the roller is broken and the manufacturer warranty is no longer valid. The self empty bin frequently jams. There is no access to the basement stairs, so there is no cliff it should be detecting.

Price

I decided on this model due to it's relative low cost with automatic emptying and good back and forth vacuuming method.

For the high price and little special features, it was a flop.

They aren't overly expensive, $25 for 4 with new spinner brushes.

Packaging/appearance

For an ocd clean freak, this, along with how well it actually vacuums every spec of dust, it’s the total package!

Competitiveness

What i like better than the other brands is instead of going haphazardly around the room, it goes back and forth in a definite pattern.

I have had other robot vacs and this is the best so far and the price was low.

This is my 3rd robot vacuum but my first shark and i will never buy another brand !

Picks up much more than major competitor.
