I love that it doesn’t go all * nilly like the other one. I am very impressed.

Easily programmable through your phone by downloading the shark app. Lidar solves all those issues.

Dual spinning mopping pads. Vacuuming is the same as the shark ai ultra, but now with a mopping attachment. She also mops which is amazing!

The robot does a great job on both stone and hardwood floors. Stop smearing dirt and actually remove dirt. Clothe your floors with this guide.

Cons

Did not appear refurbished at all. Refund takes 2 weeks after product received by amazon. None of the map or scheduling features are not available without the app.

Tangle free roll is not tangle free, my wife and daughter both have long hair, which means i regularly need to maintain the roller brush. Carpet it fails to create carpet zones after multiple tries. It’s also more prone to getting stuck.

The suction on this vacuum is very poor. The mop barely touches the floor and is only really good for leaving a layer of vinegar water behind. In my pic you have to see close but there's still dog hair all over the floor after it vacuumed.

The shark cuts down significantly on the pet hair and makes daily cleaning so much easier.

The shark made incredible contact with the floor when mopping that the roborock is not even close to.

No matter how good a product is, documentation can make or destroy a product.

Shark robots are expensive purchases, so i think it is so great to know that they stand behind their product if issues occur.
