- the battery life isn't great on normal, my floor is small and it stops to charge 3/4 through- the mop reservoir is too small, i always have to refill it halfway through the clean- you can’t adjust how much liquid the mop uses- bump detection isn't great when mopping, the reservoir hits stuff when the robot swings around- the app is shockingly barebones and buggy, missing a lot of pretty simple features- no multi-floor support at all despite the map of your home clearly saving to the app/cloud- you can't set different cleaning modes for different rooms, it's all eco or all normalthe weird:- a full charge takes up to 3 hours, that's kind of crazy if it has to charge mid-way through cleaning- if the reservoir is installed you can't just vacuum, it forces you to remove if you don't want to mop- the reservoir cap is on top but it's blocked from opening, you have to remove it to refill it- you can’t just re-map one room if something changes, you have to re-map the entire floor- i unplugged the base by mistake, it forced me to re-map my entire floor- canadians can't properly save a profile yet because it only supports 5-digit zip codes  Read Less
