This steam mop is super easy to use and absolutely fantastic at cleaning what you thought was already clean.

We have used shark products for over 10 yrs, we love them, used on laminate floors, wood floors and terrazzo floors, works great.

These are probably the 6 and 7th ones i have ordered, i use them a lot and they do need to be replaced from usage.

Easy to assemble, it only came with one pad
