Pros

Shark s7001 mop, scrub & sanitize takes care of it. The back breaking chore of using my old mop and a bucket of water, or my swiffer is now over.

Everything about this is lousy! Manufactured poorly. Big disappointment and would not recommend.

At least the dirt left behind is sanitized, presumably. The rotating pads skim over the floor but leave the dirt. If you push down harder they stop rotating. The velcro for the pads to adhere to the unit are pointless.

Tried the online troubleshooting, ended up calling shark to get a warranty fix on it. Neither spinner work and the troubleshooting recommendations were ineffective. Manufacturer is also not responsive when we tried calling them to help fix their produ... Read More

Almost had to pay $50 reboxing fee to send this mop back at ups store. The spot to pour in the water is clogged by some of the mop’s plastic pieces breaking.

If your looking to get a steamer for your floors that is affordable and does that the job.

Competitiveness

I have had several different mopping devices including the bissell crosswave.

I have a steam mop, but this one is so much better.

For that you’ll have to buy aftermarket brands.
