Holy cow. I wish the mode switch * were on the handle of the mop rather than at the bottom.

There are some shortcomings, but overall it is highly recommended. Light enough to clean stairs. Just used for the first time and setup was easy.

Lightweight and maneuverable. No back pain from maneuvering a traditional mop/swiffer wet jet. The swivel steering makes it a breeze to maneuver.

Cons

You have to go over the spot slowly and 15 times (as the manual says) for it to sanitize. The scrubbing is very soft. It’s more of a polisher.

This product worked great, cleaned my floors well.

The floors have no residue from cleaning solution; no stickiness.

Cord length is good and allows me to cover quite a bit of floor before i have to switch to closer outlets.

A little pricey for my budget but i hope that it last longer than my last steamer which barely lasted a year if that
