Pros
Quick, easy to used, handy product. Really draws our the dirt, even if the carpet looks clean. This carpet cleaner is ideal to have when you buy a puppy as it is light and ideal for little spills. This shark stain striker is impressively good.

It's a great machine and is easy to operate and it's not as heavy as i expected it to be.
Furthermore it's been great for coffee and tea ring stains on the arms of our sofa and proven perfect for everyday accidents.
Amazing spot cleaner but extremely disappointing i can’t buy a replacement pet stain trapping tool as mine is broken.
There are a number of different head attachments but seemingly no way to store them or no little bag to store them in.

I really think they should have included some sort of attachment system for storing the heads not in use, especially at this price point.

We have a vax carpet cleaner but it is so large and bulky so is a big palaver when getting it down to clean just a small area where our cat has had a mishap

This shark unit is so much smaller and lightweight too so it makes storing easier but also usage easier too

The larger chamber needs to be filled with water with a little of bottle 1 solution and then the second chamber has solution 2 in it on its own
