They have quality products so when i was looking for a carpet cleaner this is a no brainer.
My biggest irritant with carpet cleaners is not being able to keep them clean after using.
Green machine tank sucks up from the bottom, when you remove to empty it drips dirty water on the floor or will leak when using.

This was an expensive chair from arhaus and i was so upset at how dirty it had gotten from our dog .

I say twice because you really have to soak the couch and scrub to effectively pull out the dirt
