Pros

I wish the cord was longer and retractable but glad that it works since the last iron i got from amazon was a total dud. This iron does well!

Previous brands purchased include sunbeam, panasonic, b & d. This one has a much wider range of heat controls (gets much hotter on high) and the water chamber holds much more water. The heel rest is broader and more stable, too.

Cons

I use this for quilting and it made rust marks on one of my quilts. It isn't an expensive iron, but researching other irons tells me the leaking can happen with expensive irons too.
