Pros
The mop visually cleans the floor but also removes the dog smell that the drool has. It gets such a good deep clean on my hardwood floors. Great product for safety cleansing all my hard surface floors with no chemicals.
Cons
Barely produced enough steam to dampen floors. Was so disappointing. Lasted 2 months. It is super flimsy compared to my old one.
