Pros

Heavy weight gives it better handling. It stays pressed down and doesn't go up anymore. Too bad, it kicks a**!

Heavy duty iron that delivers the punch in ironing. I am old school from when i ironed stiff cooked in starch in the jeans that stood up by themselves once dried from being washed.

Cons

This is the second iron (was a panasonic) i've bought from amazon that had the same problem. Have no confidence the iron’s electronic and mechanical systems were not also damaged. The iron turns off right in the middle of ironing!

You have to turn the knob that’s not easy to do. When ever i try to use steam feature, it leaks or spits water all over. Auto shut-off feature is defective for sure.

Message in the box says do not return to the store. Not in the us, cannot understand them, have to pay for return shipping. Seller only has 30 day policy. Returned and received full refund.
