A great buy, worth every penny.
It gets my laminate floors squeaky clean and is effortless to use. Takes the work out of cleaning laminate flooring. Several times over the black gunk, and wala, shiny brown hardwood floors look like new!
Scrubbing pads are soft so you can run it up against furniture or baseboards without damage. Pads are machine washable. Both rotating pads really get the corners and tougher dirtier areas clean.

The reservoir is a little small, providing about 15 minutes of steam, depending on setting. It heats up fast, providing steam in about 30 seconds. Reservoir is kind of small so if you're doing large spaces you have to refill it often.
Cons
The first one the rotating scrubbing wheels just stop rotating. Spoke to support requested a refund and the refused. No longer under warranty, past return window.

If your tile has indentions or is not smooth i noticed the steam doesnt always get into those places
