This machine seems to work flawlessly. I like the fact that the dirt all goes into a container that you just empty directly into the trash, vs having to purchase small bags that it goes into. The filters are reusable too - washable. It's quieter than ... Read More

It only cleans for about 30 min and goes to recharge. I have a rottweiler and it doesn't pick up his hair very good.

I was very pleasantly surprised not only by the sharks more efficient cleaning process, but by the significantly better app.

Plus it comes with 90 day warranty if it doesn’t work right off the bat…which most people seemed to have a problem with.
