Pros

All of the features and attachments work as advertised.

Easy to assemble, works great. It's a nice feature that you can remove the battery to charge seperately. The only downside is the battery does not last to do the whole house.

This little beast has my full attention. It's lightweight and powerful. It is light and easy to push even on my thick carpet. I have a kirby that will last until the end of time.

Cons

Box was never opened. Battery only lasts minutes. Media could not be loaded. Extremely disappointed and would like to return and either replaced or get refund.

Buyer beware. It’s useless now.

This one just pushes the dirt from the carpet to the floor and then doesn't * the dust bunnies. It picks up nothing on the laminate floor. My mom is 79 yo and it was difficult for her to push around.

The price for this vaccuum is a steal and basically accomplishes anything a dyson that is 2-3x the price is able to.

The seller gave me money off for the inconvenience of sending it back.

Shipped quick, works just as well as my new shark vacuum but for way less!

Competitiveness

I use this more than my irobot vacuum now.

This is not as good as a $500 dyson or lg, but it does well for its price, and i am satisfied.
