Pros

The shark vacuums has a self-cleans hair roll feature. It works great on rug, hardwood floors, and as a hand vac. The dust brush attachment comes in handy with the furniture.

The cord is decently long and the fill cup is reasonably sized. It is a little louder than my other cordless vacuums with a high pitch. The power head is really amazing.

Arrived fast and was well packaged. Whoever refurbished this vacuum, i am so pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend your purchasing it.

Cons

Buyer beware, especially if purchasing from woot. Maintenance on this device is impeccable but to my disappointment i can not find out what is causing this sound. Next time will go through shark directly.

The attachments come in handy with the furniture and we have a tall cat tree that gets a lot of fur on it.

My life is a zillion times better (seriously- vacuuming the stairs with the old vacuum was the worst).

Whoever refurbished this vacuum, i am so pleasantly surprised.
