Pros

Great for everyday pickup or just for the kitchen after cooking. Light weight with good power for pet hair, small crumbs and so easy to use. Dog hair, muddy footprints…no problem.

Shark vacmop mops and vacuums at the same time. Reusable pads are a godsend.

Cons

I was devastated. Really frustrating. Not worth it. Very disappointing. Would not recommend. Really silly and frustrating.

The red light comes on when you plug it in and then immediately goes off. Stopped charging less then 1 month after getting it. Just outside 30 days so can’t send em back.

Just find another cleaning machine to fall for, this one is a scoundrel. Here's a rundown. You can't replace the craptastic vulnerable plastic parts.

This vacmop looks great on paper but performance wise it leaves much to be desired. Overall not impressed. Do not recommend the shark product.

The recommended cleaning solution is costly as well. Too costly and aggravating otherwise. It is now in the garbage.

Like other reviewers have said, the replacement pads do not seem to be of the same quality as the pads included with purchase of the mop.
