Shark is a great product. Very helpful and even meditative. Ergonomically, it's nearly perfect. Lightweight-good for my arthritis.

Instructions say to turn it on immediately after purchase and let it run until the battery is depleted. Shark is a well established brand and is backed by solid and responsive customer service. No battery issues like others seem to have.

This is a great product in its swim lane. The tank door is removable which allows for easier cleaning. Sturdy enough to pry off the filter cover with no risk of scratching or gouging the vac.
