Pros

Hand-vac has good suction and is easily and neatly emptied. Comes with two attachments that each have a dedicated spot on the charger to store them. This is by far the best handheld vacuum i've ever owned.

This product works very well. It's always ready, and the design is exceptional. Good for small amounts of material like may be cleaning car seats and flooring on a daily or weekly basis. Can also be used to seal window seals.

The battery lasts long enough to thoroughly vacuum the table and chairs. It is not too noisy so if i need to vacuum between games, it is not bothersome to guests.

Cons

This is a shark vacuum and the power suction is not great. It is disgusting to received a used vacuum with trash inside. No padding and no instructions. My $20 hand vac works so much better.

There's nothing blocking it, fliter is clean and dustbin is empty but it keeps shutting off on me. It shuts off quickly. Full charge takes too long.

The bar code and serial number were blacked out. Nothing in the description indicates this is a refurbished item. Also why is the serial number scratched out?
