Pros
Microwave is small, fits in the cupboard and does as expected. My only complaint is that it seems to fill with condensation every time it's used. It has just one weakness, which is the interior enamelling.

Jeff's computer burnt out after just four months. There was a noisy buzzing and that awful smell of something electrical burning. Lots of smoke and horrendous smell.

On doing further research on this microwave and others i found out that this is a common problem

Didnt particularly want one with preset menus and took a week of referring to the instructions to get used too but worth it as the results are better especially the defrost

Sharp say this is “physical damage” and isn’t covered under the guarantee

Sharp customer service is nonexistent but thanks to amazon the faulty microwave has been replaced

The new one doesn’t stand steady and the door looks a bit crooked as though in transit it might have been dropped on one corner
