My sharp microwave stopped we found one of the black plastic door catches had broken off we had only used the microwave for light duty cooking but when reported to sharp their tech guy said it should not have broken so they will do nothing i said it was nothing we had done but he was adamant the amazon representative stepped in and resolved the issue with a refund good job the item was purchased through amazon thanks to amazon i will only buy through them in future peace of mind and great service i will not be buying from sharp again but guys watch those catches on the door the are not strong

Must be like a tardis fully digital i didnt want any knobs or dials and this has none only buttons
