This unit is amazing at cleaning both from the air. We have dogs and two of our family members have bad allergies. The auto mode is more useful than in models w/ voc only like winix's cheapest models. It also has the powerful pollen button.
Plasmacluster generator runs 24 hours a day in 600 square foot apartment. More units for master bedroom and family room. I am sensitive to noise and this product is super quiet which i love.
The smells issue has been reduced to nearly zero. The picture is when we were cooking bacon and it smoked lol. It removes cooking and other odors within a couple of hours.

Great device for the price. App is convenient to use. Love using alexa to change settings.
Cons
Customer support for this unit seems to be non-existent. It's one of those who live and work somewhere in a telephone center near the bollywood productions, you know what i mean. Do not buy.
The humidifier is devious. The water container is impossible to clean. You can use the humidifier with mold or throw out your $400 investment.

It does a very good job of clearing smoke and pet odors from the air quickly and effectively.
10/10 reliable machine, no issues and almost no noise
It’s amazing that after just 2 weeks of use i had to vacuum the dust off the pre filter.
Now it’s been 4 weeks and the dust build up is about 25% of what it would have been in a week prior.
Price
I like this air cleaner/humidifier a lot even though it is pricey.
Did a ton of research and this unit seemed like the best bang for the buck given coverage and filter economics.
It's $100 more expensive, and claims to work in a significantly larger area.
Overall, it’s a great unit for the price.

Then even after months of comparing other air purifiers, i found this to be the best choice for its ability and its cost.
Not too many products out there that combine both humidifier+purifier in the same box.

Goodquiet for the huge airflow still loud on max obviouslyblows air forward instead of up to circulate the whole roomhepa filter price is reasonably competitive with similar units from honeywell and winix the carbon filter price is obscene even if its superior quality but its easy to find cut to size carbon filters for cheap

No maintainance reminder i think replacement reminders are useless but i wish it had a reminder to clean the prefilter because nobody remembers to do that

No voc sensor not as useful as the dust sensor but does mean auto mode is less useful than it could be if it had both

No automatic dimming at night i just leave the lights off permanentlyregarding plasmacluster i tried this out by putting a scented marker square on two pieces of paper and taping one over the outlet of this unit and another over the outlet of a winix model both on the lowest airflow setting
