Cons

I'm really bummed as my last sharp carousel (regular microwave) lasted about 15 years. Kitchen aid is a built in oven and the sharp is a countertop one, so that may be have been the rationale for certain features.

Shoddy packing. Amazon tells me that i will have to wait 4 weeks for a refund. Do yourself a favor and avoid this unit like the plague. Amazon, you need to either let customers know upfront this model is discontinued, and/or start selling the new mode... Read More

A burn mark was left behind. The plastic covering had been sloppily repositioned. Item was extremely dented. It looks like its repackages scratch and dent stuff that they are selling as new.

Not making any definite commitment on date. Do not buy this please people, it is too risky. My apologies for not believing you.

The panel layout is designed by the marketing department, whose only aim is to impress simple minded shoppers. It preheats but when you place the food in and program to bake, it no longer bakes. There is only set temperature on the convection oven.
