Pros
This microwave has a unique sensor heat technology that can detect when your food is steaming. This makes it a snap to reheat food without trying to guess how long you should cook it for. It's quiet and cooks stuff evenly which is great.
It is heavier and larger than i thought. It fits my spot, lives up to its excellent brand reputation.
Cons
For the past 5 months, the turn table makes a god-awful grinding sound off and on. Finding parts for this is just way too frustrating. Stopped working in may 2020. No reminder beep signalling that your food/drink has been left in the unit.

After using a old microwave for a long time this was like a new car to me heats things up so fast and has many user friendly settings .
This microwave has an expanded set of express cooking settings, in addition to the usual set of time cook buttons.
Feet of the unit have no gripping power.
It's resting on 2 heat proof, non-slip mats, yet, unless i hold the appliance before opening, the unit slides.
Price
Think the bang for my buck was worth it.
Great microwave and even better at the price.

No scratches, arrived early and boxed well.

This microwave came in a big box and it was in side a smaller box it was well packed .

Wanted simple use micro for heating can soups etc leftovers etc for hard boiled eggs fancy frozen dinners vegetables precooked items to be heated

At first i thought i got a lemon because it kept cutting out but this one has to be installed directly into an outlet and you can not use a electrical strip for plug in
