Pros

Alarm is loud and bright and will automatically reset if power goes out. My only complaint is that the display is too bright, even on the “dim” setting. Complete instructions on setup and reset.

Cons

If you are buying this for the auto-set feature, look elsewhere. Only 1 of a total of 5 clocks tested works as expected. Is it possible to get 2 defective clocks in a row?

The automatic time set feature is inaccurate; is off by 6 minutes.

The alarm tone fundamental is at 4 khz, with a harmonic at 8 khz; this is too high for many older people (like myself) to really hear. When it does go off, it is too faint and high-pitched to awaken me. Only keeps track of time while on battery.
