Pros & Cons
Pros
I rarely write reviews but i felt i should warn buyers this product is worth every penny. Great for a garage or woman cave. Purchased for use in master bedroom.
The stereo was packaged well, it sounds great, and it’s easy to use. The eq mixes very well. But the sound is fantastic with classical music!
Bookshelf speakers are easy to hook up, simply plug the colored wires into the corresponding color terminals. I only wish the speakers had binding posts on the back to make it easy to substitute thicker wires to them. Decent speakers and sound.
The system is a rectangular box with a low profile and an easy to read display. Had been looking for a mini system for a while. This is not a flaw/fault of the system/unit, i believe.
Cons
The unit takes a long time to turn on and for cds to read and play, much slower than any standalone cd player. After just minutes of listening to this, my ears are irritated.
Highlights
Quality
This system is a great product that delivers a good quality sound.
Great sound, easy setup, and takes up little space.
No point in turning the system/unit louder and damaging my hearing.
The unit does not power on as the screen has nothing to display and the buttons do not function.
Price
This is a great stereo for the money spent.
Definitely impressed with this system for the price
I going for a a $200 to $300 system after this purchase.
I ordered an extra system: these mini-stereo systems may not be readily available--at least at a reasonable price-in the near-future!
Shipping
We haven't had it long enough to rate the reliability.
Packaging/appearance
I thought i was buying used and maybe i did but all packaging was original and it looks new to me and works perfect.
The stereo was packaged well, it sounds great, and it’s easy to use.
Competitiveness
This stereo sound just as good as the bose wave iv.
I bought this sharp xlhf102b bluetooth stereo system to replace a poor sounding other brand bluetooth stereo system.
