Pros
Reassuringly very heavy and sturdy. Good value for money but there is a drawback. Other than that, recommended. Only minor downside is the door doesn't sound very solid when it's being closed.
Cons
At 5 mins+ it is impossible to select anything except full minute increments. Lasted just past warranty, but suddenly stopped heating. Touch screen is very hit and miss, then when you press?

However, the product did not last for a year so, i requested for a replacement.
Packaging/appearance
Clean it out, wipe the wheels (soak if meeded) and it should stop.
Update: this unit is very sensitive to food in the wheel-well.

If it starts moaning and making strange noises you probably have crumbs or other obstacles you don’t know about yet that are making it hard for the turntable to move
