Microwave appears unable of expelling steam so you end up with 1cm of water floating around in the bottom of the oven. The item seems cheaply made and if it was half the money or less then maybe i’d expect it to be like it is.

I love the product and description clearly states manual included however it isnt nd after many discussions i was involved in 3way conversation with amazon and sharp and sharp have not rung me back as promised to sort sending me a manual

I am still waiting despite being promised a call from sharp 4days ago and it took 3 chat attempts to get assurances that have not been fulfilled

This may seem silly to most but as a person with disabilities it is frustrating and still no resolve
