The sound quality is amazing. The bass is very satisfying. The noise-cancelling feature works pretty well.

Small, convenient charging case fits in your pocket or purse easily. The case does recharge and isn't too big. My only feedback to sharper image is that the case should have a more rounded design. It's a bit 'chunkier' than i’d prefer.

The packaging is very nice and really displays the product nicely. All-in-all, and especially considering the nice price, a terrific buy. I am obsessed.

It's really difficult to pull the ear pieces out of the case - it’s a really dumb design. Other times you hear powering off, then a few seconds go by and powering on.

The warble is just too prevalent to give these a good rating right now. Sound quality is alright, but not very good. The inability to pause/ play reliably is a downside. They have an extremely poor range and connection stability. They are useless.
