I seem to remember those early attempts of creating a reliable permeant marker that didnt cost an arm and a leg that didnt have that strong chemical smell that didnt leak on hands clothes and that didnt dry out soon after opening one

So in hindsight the china penpencil was the predecessor of the felt tipped permanent marker

The china marker then and now this sharpie brand had some quirks the paper peeling was always a pain the neck as much today as it was 60 years ago and they had limitations on what surfaces they would bond to also they were never advertised as permanent markers in fact one of the main features is being able to remove it with water and soap easily from nonporous surfaces e

One complaint to my friends here at amazon i understand giving a bad review if the product is faulty but i read every review and those of you who received the wrong brand product cannot give a bad review on a product that is not the one we are looking to buy
