Pros

These are awesome to attach to your badge reel where they're always available but never in the way. Got enough to last for awhile. Gave some to my coworkers.

Only complaint is that the marker disconnects from the holder pretty easily. The cap stays intact so no stains or marking accidents.

Cons

It is very frustrating when the image shown is not actually what is being sold. No, it's not invisible ink.

It took customer service a little while, maybe a week or so, to get back to me, but when they did they were very helpful.

I did provide my amazon receipt to them and they have promptly issued me a replacement product free of charge!

Packaging/appearance

Love to carry these for balances left on gift cards!

They asked me for proof of purchase and the upc from the packaging (if i still had that, which i did not).

Would have rated 5/5 but the black marker that came in the pack was dry when i opened it.
