Pros
The pigmentation is richer than many other brands. It goes on smoothly and very pigmented. Glides on easily. Washes off with ease.
Writes beautifully on plastic storage containers (& cardboard) & easily wipes off. On some plastic you have to go over it awhile until enough wax builds up to start writing.
It's worth spending a little extra time sharpening. For woodworking, and marking lumber, these work better for me than some less expensive grease pencils. They peel easy for sharping. You can also run them through a sharpener if you need to do fine de... Read More
Cons
The peel off wrapping is so cheapened in present day design that you have to essentially cut it off with a knife. When you sharpen them they crumble. One pencil was delivered out of the 12 count per advertised and there was no box neither!

These pencils are good quality and get the job done.
These work very well for marking dark stained glass patterns and it washes right off when finished.
At first, the tips seem to have a hard waxy coating, and don’t write well.
This is a soft crayon with a wound paper coating.
Price
Exactly what i expected from sharpie, good brand, a little expensive, but hey get what we pay for.
12 for 10$ is less than a dollar a shot, so there's great value if you're putting in the miles.
For that purpose, they're great for the price.

I've tried a couple other brands whose name i don't remember.

I didn’t want to keep using more and more masking tape because it felt wasteful but dry and wet erase marker just became a smudged illegible mess from the moisture in the fridge
