Pros

The color is very vibrated and great to color with but it does bleed through a lot of paper. As far as being permanent, it depends on what you use them on.

Cons

This is a defective product, but it will not let me return it. In the return policy it states that item is non-returnable, but if the item arrives damaged or defective, that you may request a refund or replacement.
