Pros & Cons
Pros
Sharpie permanent marker labeled “pro wet+oily surfaces’ are the absolute best i’ve ever used. They work great on greasy and damp things.
Sharpie brand is solid and dependable. The drawback is they seem to run out fairly quickly. The fact that i can use a carbine clip to hook onto my belt loop is all the more reason as to why i love these.
Kind of pricey but a good value when purchased in the 12 pack. I wish they offered the 12 count box's of the fine chisel tip. Yes, they are expensive but if you only use them for what they are intended (and not, say, school projects) they are worth ev... Read More
Cons
Took a random one out of the box to try out and the yellow plastic ring holding the ink breaks. The material feels cheap and definitely not durable for construction. The cap is very hard to remove, and it writes just about the same as a normal sharpie... Read More
Highlights
Quality
I use these to label my tools and it lasts over 1 month without any fading
It is the only thing i have found that is durable, convenient and provides consistent, long lasting performance.
I also had a reoccurring problem with cheap no-name markers, even lesser sharpies, where the clip would easily break off.
Most times, i’m lucky to get 2 weeks out of a sharpie before it dries out (or gets lost), but these average at least a month’s ... Read More
Price
I highly recommend buying these markers even if they cost $2.
It's worse when they see how much i pay for 12 markers, but once i tell them to use my marker they realize why i'm willing to p... Read More
I have two problems, the major one is the price they went from 12 dollars to 40 bucks over night.
You wont be disappointed for spending $30 for 12 markers.
Packaging/appearance
Doesn't come in a box like the picture, you get twelve pens in a bag.
Marks well on frozen and wet packaged food, marking out barcodes.
I wish they offered the 12 count box's of the fine chisel tip in an assortment, such as 4 blue, 4 red, and 4 black.
Competitiveness
Compared to all other markers, these are way better to write on cardboard surfaces plus many other surfaces.
There are other sharpies and other manufacturers with pens marked permanent but they are not the same.
A red milwaukee pen that sold in homedepot is much better quality.
