Pros & Cons
Pros
This xl sharpie with the wide chisel tip makes very quick work of everything. Tip is tough and doesn't wear down easily. Cap is tight and seals well. This thing packs a punch!
Cons
The ink has a very strong odor -- much stronger than your typical permanent marker. The solvent used in these markers is different from traditional sharpies and the smell gives me an instant headache.
The inner liner is hard to grip and remove without the shell. Either the inside of the cap breaks loose from the shell or the insides of the marker body break loose. The nib is also very delicate, and seems to get shredded almost instantly.

Quality
I’ve unintentionally put it through and it has held up quite nicely; it is still marking thick and consistent and on what ever ... Read More
There is a simple fix for the aggressively tight cap issue, without using superglue!
After drying, it doesn't appear to rub off.
It takes an act of extreme force to pull the cap off.
Price
At the time of this review i think i spent $5 on this and it was worth every bit of it.
Shipping
I purchased for use in a frozen food shipping environment, writing on wet and/or icy plastic wrap.
Competitiveness
Personally, i probably won't be buying it again because i prefer the magnum to this one.
Its more expensive than the magnum sharpies.

First let me start off by saying if youre relatively weaker with arm strength or if your hands dont have good grip i would not recommend this

Essentially to get the lid off you have to brute force it for reference i once pulled a pallet jack with paracord and the sharpie

Theres a hole in the top of the cap im assuming to hang it which i tied with paracord to a pallet jack and moved a pallet of books across the warehouse

To get the cap off youve got to pull at a slight angle which pops the black cap off see pics and then twist and pull the yellow inner cap off

I feel like the engineers at sharpie should look into this

Also the chisel as on most permanent markers does start to mush after a few uses

This however is fine because if you buy a large sharpie you shouldnt expect precision

However you can loosely secure the cap where it wont dry out but then it becomes almost too easy to take off i would not recommend carrying it with a loose cap
