Pros

I love the click feature that does away with the detachable cover lid. The 12-packs are a good value. Nearest competetor is half price and the quality reflects that.

Cons

This is frustrating as 1/4-1/3 are duds. My orange pen won't click open, my blue pen is dry already and my purple pen has a turquoise marker in it. The smudgy thick non-point of these retractable sharpies are unacceptable.
