All in all if you want a light blanket to layer or something that is appropriate for warmer weather this would work for you

Like others said it just a flannel sheet not printed on both sides like the picture shows but the picture shows the print in a fold and gives the illusion that its two sided print so hard to make bed with an exposed print depending on how you want displayed

Usually with flannel you want the more flannel side down but on a printed sheet which this is you have to figure out a made bed look or the usage of the actual sheet
