Pros

Blanket is soft and cozy and has very even heat. It heats up very quickly.

Each controller needs to be plugged into their own electrical outlet. I like being able to set the timer to shut off after a few hours and/or auto shut off.

Cons

Trying to navigate amazon for a warranty return. Have tried all means to contact warranty support - fb messenger, email, and 4 phone messages, nobody responds to any of these! Says it has a 5 year warranty.

Set on high, it barely heats. If the controller is not the issue, it is.

When the blanket works it works great. Than all of a sudden one side of the king side blanket stopped working. Meaning neither worked/heated up. There are literally no instructions in the booklet that comes with the blanket.

Too heavy and too thick for our taste, almost don't need the heating function.
