Pros

This conditioner is the one that doesn’t give me dandruff. It still makes my hair feel very silky and soft. I love the tingling as it penetrates the scalp.

The scent is very nice- natural but sweet and not overpowering. Very lightweight and easy to apply. It's soft and creamy, goes on great and rinsese out perfectly.

Love this product. It does everything it advertises and the price is low. Also, fair trade, so it helps the small farmers and producers. Will continue to buy all 3 of shea products together.

Perfect for curly hair and combatting the frizz factor. It hydrates, but doesn't weigh down my curls. I have spiral curls & it is a bit course.

Cons

More money than what i was using but i like the product.

This product works works like most other conditioners that i've tried; there's nothing amazing about it, but it does its job well!

But when my package came the product didn’t have any protection (no bubble wrap!

Maybe in the past the ingredients were good, but they did change it and it is not the same quality.

Packaging/appearance

This helps make it much more manageable, and though it doesn't eliminate the frizz, it does cut down on the frizz some.

I was not happy with how the packaging look, it was nasty and was look mishandled.
