Pros

The scent is heavenly! Smells so good and is very moisturizing. It absorbs nicely with no oily residue.

Used two days and dryness was gone and so was itching. It is very moisturizing and a little goes a long way. Love this lotion.

Cons

Too much of a hassle to send it back. This product is not what you buy off the shelf. Your customers are aware and are pretty much united, this change needs to be reversed!
