Shedrain has a lifetime warranty. My last one was stolen from a fairly nice spa.

Durable, dries quickly, open with a button press. Self retracting feature is a bit of a tail wagging the dog, but nice to have nonetheless. Case has a rope and clip.

Cons

Gustbuster resists winds in nyc, but the materials it's made of aren't high-quality. If the wind hits on the outside, the ribs break with a very distinct snapping noise, leaving that section of your umbrella drooping. Broke within the first ten second... Read More

Navigating the automated voice prompts for warranty service, my call was just routed into someone's voice mail. They do not and have no intention of honoring their lifetime warranty.

Shedrain seems to have replaced the considerable quality of the old version with disappointment or possibly thing-a-ma-* and what-cha-ma-call-its. They appear everywhere along the skeleton of the new version.
