Im 5 11 130 lbs and usually wear medium swimsuits so purchased a large the bottoms fit perfectly but the top is too big i was a little worried about the top not having any padding and thankfully it does well not really padding more of the thin liner inserts

Initially got a m because people said it ran small but the m was too big on me

The color is amazing wish that when you take out the padding it is not see through and cant see the hole where the padding comes out
