I’m a 36dd and medium was perfect.
Stats: 120lb, 5'3, 32ddordered size medium -small would have been ideal for band size, but i required medium for a larger cup size.
I generally have issues falling out the front of any bralette.

I ended up taking the padding out because it kept moving around and bunching up
