Pros

These are fantastic. The product is fantastic, the support is abysmal. They are very reliable. Something very uncommon nowadays. Excellent product with all the appropriate certifications and failsafes.


Cons

Even then, shelly didn't initiate the credit. The app is garbage, you are better off using the web interface for each device which is a pita. I now have 10 of theses devices that are only good as a push button switch.

    I was originally using a zigbee smart plug to monitor a coffee maker but the switchbot that i needed to press the brewing button is bluetooth only

    I added a bluetooth adapter to the hass server but the range just made it impossible
