Adhesive felt dots. Perfect pads for cabinets, drawers and on the bottom of devices that you set on the counter or table. My tip. Let dry for 30 seconds then apply the pad.

The 3/8 size is bigger than the edge of my dish, so i had to line up the felt edge with the side of the dish so that it wouldn't stick out.
